Before contract signing:
-A 1 Hour consultation to discuss your space (This requires an in-person visit however virtual options can be discussed)
Once the contract is signed:
-Clutter evaluation, reviewing what is currently in the space
-Creation of an organization plan on how I’ll clean out the space

-Colour and style review
-Creation of mood board

-$80.00/Hr Rate
-32 Hours of administration, organization, design and execution
*Please note if the set 32 hours are exceeded, it will be an additional cost of $80/Hr.
*All costs listed do not include the purchase of additional furniture and furnishings not already present in the space.
*50% of fee required upon booking.
*Rates may changes depending on the size of the dwelling.
